Wednesday, January 21st 2026. AM: 9.00am - 11.30am Imagine the warm air, the rustling of giant green leaves, and the dazzling colours all around. In this special art class, you'll paint one of the most magnificent creatures of the jungle: the Toucan! We'll be using vibrant, creamy acrylic paint; the perfect kind of paint to bring this bird's incredible colours to life! You'll learn simple steps to paint the toucan's body, then the real fun starts as we tackle that enormous, rainbow-coloured beak! We'll mix bright yellows, oranges, and pinks to make it truly pop off the page! Once our brilliant bird is complete, we'll give him a home by painting a lush, tropical background. Think big, beautiful green leaves and maybe even some exotic flowers peeking through the canopy. You'll learn awesome ways to use your paintbrush to create different textures and patterns that make your jungle world look real! By the time we're done, you'll have created a spectacular artwork that shows off both your amazing toucan and your fantastic new painting skills. General workshop notes: As the session is 2.5 hours long, students will probably want to bring a water bottle and a snack to enjoy mid-session, to keep them sustained (no nuts please). It is also a good idea to send your child in clothes that they do not mind getting paint on, just in case! Don't forget: If you book both sessions in one day, you get the lunch hour for free!
